The Moroccan Institute of Bakery Pastry by Ecomab is an R&D and training center dedicated to Ecomab’s internal teams to expand their knowledge and test new combinations of raw materials or finished products. The center offers artisans and professionals specific training around a specific theme offered by MOFs and world champions in their fields.

Demonstrations, technical courses, masterclasses are offered throughout the year to discover new trends, techniques and recipes. Chef meetings to exchange are also scheduled, the aim of which is the development of chefs and to showcase the profession throughout Morocco and beyond its borders.
